Always up to something

Skittles knows there are certain things he's not supposed to do and certain places he's not supposed to go... but you can bet your life that they are the places he makes a bee line for, as soon as my back is turned. This is the fold up table blocking him from eating the tv wires in the lounge. How much time do you think he spends trying to get under/over/round it, or just eat his way through it??? We had a scary moment last Sunday when the tv kept losing signal, just as an important football match was about to kick off!!! Of course we discovered Skittles calling card around the back of this table (bunny-teeth marks in the aerial cord!!!). Personally I wouldn't have minded missing the match, but Skittles wasn't the husbands favourite bunny that day!

  5. I've had to splice a coaxial cable for my TV before, thanks to Betsy squeezing behind the TV stand (and actually getting herself stuck there all day) before.

Ever since then I built a maximum-security barrier to keep buns away from wires.

But that doesn't stop them from trying to get into places they know they shouldn't - sometimes they don't even wait for me to turn my back, they just run right in front of me!!

    Naughty bunnies!!!

  6. That's a rabbit for you--give them all the space in the world except for one square inch...and they'll want that darn square inch.

Mickey has cost me about $120 so far in cords, and that was just in one minute spent sneaking past the feeble blockade I had put up post-Christmas when he was finally allowed back into the dining room/office space. All blockades have since been reinforced and Mr. Mick has been put on heavy-duty sentry watch when he is out and about.
