more!

Since you were all enjoying the snowman a bit too much, I thought I'd add another Picture. I think Button's was getting a bit annoyed with me making him pose for pictures by this point... but it was just the perfect Button's sized thrown!

And he did love the cold and wet! Strange eh?! He's been out in it twice more since then.... and acts like a little snow plough pushing it with his nose and front paws. V cute... wish I'd got a video of that!

Fun in the snow!

Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos
Snow deep and crisp and even (about 3inches) outside Buttons' shed

Little Buttons isn't sure he wants to brave it!

Hee hee! his legs are smaller than 3 inches, so he had some problems ploughing through the untouched bits of snow!

Snow!

It began at six, is forecast to dump 5-10 cms overnight! That might not sound much to some of you (2.5-6inches) but for little old England, where the whole country grinds to a halt at the slightest whiff of a storm, this is serious. I just looked outside and our road is already over an inch deep, and as we are on a side road that the local authority don't deem important enough to grit, I am sure we (I mean the husband) will be digging us out tomorrow. Yippee I love snow!!!!!

Here's Buttons, looking completely unconcerned. He remembers the great snow of 2009, and says, this is nothing!

Hiding!

Can you see Buttons?

Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos

I couldn't at first, and had a mini panic thinking is lost him under the kitchen cabinets again!

But then I looked closer...

Is this odd?

snuggle bun

Since you asked... we're cool. Here's a pic of Buttons having a little snuggle, he says it's not like he wants to do this ok, cos he's a tough little independent bunny who doesn't need snuggles ok! But he just thought he'd cheer the human up who is missing Bella... alright? And maybe if you could just give that little ear a scritchy scratchy while you are at it...

Since he's had to endure the snuggles, better pass the treats. Oh it's tough being a bunny, the things you have to endure!

That's a big noise for something so small

Take shelter Buttons, the baby is cutting his first tooth, and boy is he unhappy! Cover your ears!

Beautiful Bella...

... is sorely missed. She got sick last week, went downhill so fast, nothing could be done. She sadly left us on 6th January.

Merry Christmas

So we like squeezing up the side of the shed. Ha ha, the human can't get us here! Wait, can she still take photos of us here?!?!

Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos

So it's been a pretty uneventful month, although the baby keeps the human v busy, we've been keeping up to date with everyone's online antics! So a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OUR BUNNY BLOG FRIENDS!!!

B&B had their myxy vacs last week, and were both very good for the vet (no repeat of Bella's pee flicking!). The kale we grew is still going very strong, much to the bunnies delight! Unfortunately all the leaves are now gone from their favourite grape vine, but we planted a new apple tree so they can have some branches next year (and will save us from "borrowing" apple branches from the community orchard in the village.)

There is a rumour that the human's mother has grown some purple Brussel sprouts for Christmas dinner... Human and rabbit dinner that is! Buttons and Bella can't wait!

Hair cut

Bella had a hair cut recently. This is the "after" picture! Her mane was getting so long it was in her eyes at the front and she was picking up food and hay under her chin!

She was very good: she trusts us so much more than when we adopted her a year ago! (a year, how time flies!). She probably doesn't realise how lucky she is to get a fur-cut from the husband, who cuts human fur as his job, and charges them money!!! Bella didn't even tip him!
