I must have disturbed Buttons - he did not want to move! Sorry Buttons. But look, I did get his-royal-cuteness on film, first the great little yawn (go to 45- 50 seconds in, as to be honest, the rest of the film he just sits there looking tired!):
Just proving my point... I have two films but this one is the funniest as not only do they play with their new toy, but also demonstrate how when they are a bit excited they jump on top of each other (and neither seems to mind this) :)
The human and husband were upstairs watching TV this afternoon, when we heard a quiet tapping sound. 'Is that the door?' said husband. 'Can't be' said the human, 'too quiet'. And suddenly, four little ears appeared at the top of the stairs! This was a first!
Skittles, being the bravest, decided to demonstrate his newly found stair climbing prowess by going up and down a few times (show off!)Buttons however started to panic, as he couldn't work out how his little legs could get him down again! Even after husband tried to give him a few pointers, he decided he'd rather hide under the bed until someone carried him back downstairs. Which we did of course - they are happily returned to the kitchen and a pile of kale for reward!
