Mickey says that it's clear that your setting was too low--some buns need to set their disapproval level higher than "stun" to be properly effective. I say it was plenty effective, it got him some lovely grass to nom, didn't it? :)
If there is one thing I've learned, Buttons, it's to find out all the details of a situation before disapproving. That way you can fully enjoy the RARE times when something is approval worthy.
For a bunny who llooks so darn sweet and innocent most of the time, he sure does disapproving to a T.
