What does a bunny do to chill out in the evening?

Yes, it's tough being a bunny. So much to do, hay to nibble and rearrange and spread around the kitchen, naps to fit in, chair legs to chew. None stop! So we're all wondering, what does a busy bunny do to relax after a hard day?

The answer is, he sits on the sofa and watches TV, just like the humans... I know we're probably being a bit fanciful, but he really looked like he was watching it with us! And he sat there quietly for nearly the whole programme!
And you are probably wondering what Button's favourite TV show is? We were watching Celebrity Masterchef. So it would seem Button's was transfixed by the cooking - perhaps dreaming about opening his own restaurant one day :)
"...I'm thinking sauted carrots with carrot mash and a curly kale garnish... mmm... oh and dried apple skins to finish ... " ( Look at that tail! )

I got some great shots while he was glued to the chefs on the TV. I think in this one below he's emulating the husband by stretching out!
Close up of that cute tail and those fluffy feet!

  2. Awwww... how cute!

When Gus was little he used to sit on our couch and watch the late-night anime with me. (Then Betsy came along and he lost all interest in stuff like that.) But it was nice while it lasted.

  5. The Spots seem to like to watch TV too. Sydney likes shows with lots of explosions, go figure. Buttons sure makes a cute sofa adornment.

  6. Crafty: So true - he is always waiting for us to leave the room so he has an opportunity to get behind the table to chew the tv wires!

Hef's mom: Again we're proving the similarities between Hef and Buttons... maybe they are cousins!

  7. Mickey LOVES to watch TV with us--it's been one of the big perks of his recuperation; sitting in his box on my living room table and getting a tummy massage while watching baseball on the big TV.

  11. Very cute pictures of Buttons. Maybe it depends on what's on TV when they first observe it. My buns don't have access to TV, but when Waldo the cat was sitting on the couch one day (after having been exposed to TV before) and he realized we were watching a DOG show on Animal Planet, he paid attention to every other dog show we watched if he was in the room at the time.
