What big ears you have....

Look at her... isn't she beautiful!

Ok, she's a little bigger than Buttons...
But they were very happy together!

If it continues to go well this week, they'll be coming home together next Tuesday. Can't wait.
We are going to give her a new name... the husband and I just don't fancy Anya... not sure why. But we'll have a think and let you know that next week.

  1. She is gorgeous, I love her head fringe thing statement look.....Of course Buttons love a big girl, there's more to snuggle, it must feel very secure burying oneself bunself in that fluffy greyness.

  2. She is beautiful, I love her little mane!!! She may be a little bigger than Buttons, but he IS an exceptionally tiny bun!

As hard as it is for you to be apart from buttons, I think it's so cool that your rescue has "bonding camp" where bunnies go to fall in love, and come home happy and in love and you don't have to watch them pull each others' fur out. As nerve wracking as it may be to not be there and wonder when you're so excited, bonding can be really, really upsetting. I remember crying a lot. lol!

  3. Oh that's so great! She's a lionhead! They tend to be very opinionated and super-duper fun. So glad they found each other! They look already bonded to me...either that, or she has an irresistably cute tush! (Or both...). If she was a boy I'd say she looks like Sherlock Holmes (with that facial hair) but clearly she is NOT a boy, she's a lovely silver lady. Can't wait to hear what you name her!

  4. Size doesn't matter when it's true love. Our Bertie is half of Mercedes' size and it doesn't seem to make a difference. She lets him try to boss her around and steal her carrots in return for using him as a pillow. Best of luck!

  5. I love the look on Buttons' face: "Wow! What a woman!"

She is a lovely shade of grey. As to names, since she's big and beautiful(BB), perhaps Bibi?

  8. Oh no joe so sorry you are having problems with the site. I don't even know how to delete comments, but I have had my own challenges: it deletes my comments if I work on my iPhone instead of the pc. Please Keep trying and hopefully it will work eventually!!!

  12. Oh, it's one of those jar lionheads I love so much! They're so pretty. So, you don't like Anya... what about Abby? It's sort of similar so it might make for an easy transition.

  13. She is absolutely stunning, no wonder Buttons fell for her! I think if I were bringing her home, I'd call her Bluebelle or Silverbelle (depending on how blue-grey her coat is) and just Belle for short. Buttons and Belle! Whatever you name her, I can't wait to hear more about her :)
